This week our children are with their grandparents. We are children free. I actually cooked today, normally my fiancée cooks because he is a chef on a regular and the kids and I convinced him that him cooking is what’s best.
Since the kids are not in for the entire week, I have decided to get onthe one two’s ( stove) and make some I appreciate you dishes for my fiancée.
Being that we have to move this week what would be some ideas of things to do since the kids are out?
What would you do if you had a kid free week ? You still have to work but you still have kid free week.
Well our first day without the kids I, I choose to do something that he like. He loves watching the sunset, me on the other hand I’m just there wrapped up in a blanket.

For dinner, I wanted to make an inspired dish by Pollo Tropical “tropi chop”. All that dish consist of is some rice, chicken , corn, tomatoes and some cheese. More things can be added, an arrange of different vegetables. Don’t necessarily have to have chicken, I just use chicken cause all the other meats my fiancée isn’t to found of them so, since this was me cooking for him…. chicken it is. I did put a hint of cilantro lime sauce all over the food.

What a first night alone together would be without watching a movie. Well tonight we are laying away in the bed watching “Bird Box 2”. When it comes down to watching movies 🍿 with me, he prefers we stay home because for some reason I always fall asleep 😴 at the theater. When I’m at home, I’m wide awake and he feels like I really appreciate the time.

In the stillness of the night, I’m enjoying our first day . What tomorrow has in store for us , I will let you know. Until then, life is going on and on.
Yours Truly,
Around the way mom
